We are a small cottage studio complex close to State Street and the beach in Santa Barbara. During the SBCC & UCSB school-year, the studios are available for rental/lease, and in the summer they are available as vacation rentals.
Our cottage studios at 227 East Haley Street are very popular due to our location - four blocks to the beach, three blocks to State Street and two blocks to the farmer's market. Bike to SBCC.
Our basic cottage studios are furnished with the basics and are equipped with a full kitchen or small kitchenette, and bathroom. Utilities are included and many of the studios get wireless internet as a bonus.
In the summer, visit our cottage studios as an affordable alternative to a hotel or hostel. Dorm style and traditional rooms are available in this small complex with a hostel feel.
